Yes. justnice.in helps you apply for a new birth certificate (all Indian states) and download an already-issued original birth certificate (janm praman patra) by its registration number. Our team files and collects it through the government Civil Registration System (CRS). Note: justnice.in is an independent retailer / CSC help service — it is not the official CRS website (dc.crsorgi.gov.in); the certificate itself stays the government's official record.
